Rise Up Benefits Group was founded on a simple belief: insurance should be personal. Today Rise Up Benefits Group helps individuals, families, seniors and businesses navigate health, Medicare, life and supplemental insurance with confidence, through exceptional service, community involvement and long-term relationships.

Founder and Licensed Insurance Agent
Viola is a licensed agent who has been placing coverage for individuals and employer groups with an emphasis on building long-term relationships and excellent customer service. Her colleagues describe her as driven and resourceful, someone who always puts her clients' needs and budgets first.
She focuses on education, making sure every client knows what they have, how to use it, and what it covers. She works with people who need help navigating healthcare, and with employers who care about their employees and want to offer benefits but sometimes think they can't afford to. She fixes that.
Viola was born and raised in Albuquerque, New Mexico, and has lived in Nevada, Illinois, Maryland and California before making Arizona home. She holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Human Resources and a concentration in Communication from the University of New Mexico. She has two children who make her a better person every day, and she enjoys meeting new people, helping others, traveling, movies and always learning.

What began as a passion for helping individuals and families has grown into a mission-driven agency serving clients across multiple states from its office in Chandler.
